I offer online sessions for anyone feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burned out, stuck in self-sabotage, or quietly sensing that life feels “off.” Maybe you’re navigating big changes, questioning who you are, or longing for something just out of reach.

Whether it’s your first time in therapy or a return after a break, you’re welcome here. This is a space to show up as you are, be truly heard, and know someone is here with you through the heaviness and uncertainty.

I work from a psychospiritual, psychosynthesis-based approach, seeing your struggles not as “problems to fix,” but as signposts guiding you toward growth, healing, and a deeper connection with what matters. Therapy with me is about becoming more whole, conscious, and aligned with your inner truth.

I’ve seen how this perspective can help people make sense of their challenges, so I support those navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, heartbreak, trauma, difficult relationships, creative blocks, life transitions, questions of identity, and feelings of disconnection or longing. Highly sensitive individuals, changemakers, and LGBTQ+ individuals or those exploring non-traditional relationships are warmly welcome.

Institute trainees are very welcome. Depending on my caseload, I am usually able to offer discounts to trainees.
