Hello!
I work as a Psychosynthesis psychotherapist and supervisor and my practice is anchored in Psychosynthesis.

Psychosynthesis is a wonderful therapeutic approach and a roadmap for life. It allows us to consider our suffering and what we struggle with in the here and now, but importantly it allows us to consider what this might mean for our wider psychospiritual journey. We can all struggle at times, trying to figure out who we are and what it means to be human. We all face crises at different times of our lives.  How might we meet them? Perhaps we meet these crises with a fearful lens, but actually how might these situations serve our growth?  How might we look at our lives and hold a spirit of adventure, reframing all that happens as part of the story, albeit sometimes extremely painful parts? In the words of Assagioli “There is no certainty, only adventure.”

We cannot know the meaning behind all that happens, but we can start to live more in the present, less controlled by our history and less fearful about our future, free to make choices about our lives and what we would like them to be about.  Psychosynthesis gives us the tools to live in this way and supports us to find out who we really are; working through our history and awakening our sleeping gifts. In that sense we are not defined by our trauma or our conditioning, we start to live Self-directed lives, with meaning and purpose aligned with our values.  Becoming conscious and finding who you are is the great gift of Psychosynthesis and it is the great challenge for humanity. If that is an adventure you would like to go on, please get in touch!
