I am a Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working the counselling and caring professions.

The context of my work, Psychosynthesis, holds that every person’s life has meaning and purpose, which guide us toward a flourishing of who we truly are.  My practice weaves the insights of psychotherapy with an attentive regard for the deeper dimensions of life – emotional, psychological, and spiritual – guiding us towards the threshold of becoming – the wellspring of the heart’s wisdom.

When our ability to thrive is blunted by life’s difficulties, the ground beneath us can feel shaky, thinned by loss, grief or confusion.  In therapy we take time to make sense of what is happening, building steadiness while also listening for what is emerging.

I offer space to bring both what hurts and what calls; together, we invite them to unfold with safety, openness and tender compassion.  This compassion itself becomes part of the healing: a way of moving from self-judgement towards deeper understanding, clarity, and more authentic choice.
