I am a trainee counsellor offering low cost therapy online and in person in Glastonbury, UK.  I am currently working towards a master’s degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology, often described as a psychology of hope. This approach is grounded in the understanding that even in the midst of struggle, there can be a ‘evolution’ within us towards healing, growth and meaning.

Psychosynthesis counselling recognises the fullness of human experience – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It invites us to explore how our life experiences have shaped us, while also supporting us to reconnect with a deeper and more authentic sense of who we are.

I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel supported and respected as you reflect on what is happening in your life and within yourself. Rather than trying to fix or rush through difficulties, psychosynthesis encourages a gentle and curious exploration of our inner world, helping us discover meaning within our experiences and move towards a more authentic and aligned way of living.

I aim to offer an inclusive space that honours and celebrates the diversity of human experience, welcoming people from different cultural backgrounds, spiritual or religious traditions, gender identities and ways of being in the world.

Alongside my training, I have a particular interest and experience in working with neurodivergence, and I aim to offer a space that respects different ways of thinking and perceiving. I am also interested in psychedelic integration, supporting people who wish to reflect on and integrate significant or non-ordinary experiences in a thoughtful and grounded way.
