“Which is more important,” asked Big Panda, “the journey or the destination?”

“The company,” said the Tiny Dragon.

We all walk our individual paths, and throughout life, challenges arise that can leave us feeling disconnected, lost, ashamed and more. These difficulties shape who we are and how we interact with our reality. We may develop patterns of behaviour as a means of survival from trauma and suppressed emotions, which can limit our sense of self and expression.

During therapy sessions, a gentle, empathetic presence is offered, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, held and supported as we navigate life’s fluctuating occurrences. Together, we can explore your thoughts, emotions and the deeper layers of your experience, creating room for expansion, where both emotional and spiritual healing can unfold naturally.

Using Psychosynthesis Psychology, a holistic approach is taken, viewing each individual as a whole – body, feelings, mind and spirit. This style of transpersonal therapy embraces the concept of continuous change and will, integrating all parts of our being and enabling the individual to move towards balance, harmony and a fulfilling life.

For those who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language, I am fluent in Spanish.

I have an interest in spiritual exploration, metaphysics, dreams and meditation. Spiritual practices, somatic healing and talking therapy have significantly benefited me, and I hope to assist others in discovering and experiencing these gifts for themselves.

Working with me:

I am a MA Psychosynthesis Psychology student and trainee psychotherapist (UKCP). I offer in-person therapy sessions at London Bridge and I am currently accepting both long-term and short-term appointments.
