Hello! I’m Anna (she/her), a UKCP-registered trainee therapist offering a warm, grounded, and compassionate space for clients to explore their inner world.
My approach is rooted in Psychosynthesis, a psychospiritual psychology that honours the whole person: body, feelings, mind, and soul. I also draw on my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to help clients connect with their innate wisdom and open to new paths of growth and healing. I aim to meet you where you are – whether you want to make sense of the past, feel steadier in the present, or connect with what’s emerging in your life.
I work with a wide range of client experiences, including anxiety, shame, depression, grief, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, burnout, inner criticism, and the effects of childhood trauma. I also support people who come with less specific concerns, such as feeling stuck, a loss of meaning, or a longing to connect more fully with themselves.
I work to hold a space where difference is honoured. I welcome neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, and the full diversity of human experience.
Based in Stockholm, I see clients in person and online via Zoom with those in the UK and across the EU. Sessions are offered in English.
