I am a UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist and UKCP-approved Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy. I specialise in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and Supervision, helping individuals and therapists navigate personal and professional growth with depth and meaning. Now based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, I offer in-person psychotherapy and supervision for clients and therapists in the region, while continuing to provide online therapy and supervision to those across the UK.

While my primary focus is on Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy, I remain active in London, where I continue to teach at the Psychosynthesis Trust and lead DBT London, a specialist service providing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for individuals and groups.

I have extensive experience in developing DBT programs, having designed and implemented outpatient services in several psychiatric hospitals. My work with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and emotional dysregulation has shaped the foundation of DBT London, which continues to provide high-quality DBT therapy and training.
