I am a trainee Psychosynthesis counsellor, under supervision with the Institute of Psychosynthesis, Middlesex University in London. I work with adults across a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life changing events and grief.
Psychosynthesis has its roots in psychoanalytical psychotherapy, but it is also known as a psychology of “soul” and “hope”.
My intention is to hold a compassionate space for you to explore, where all of you is welcome. We will honour and work with your wounds, past and present, while also creating space for you to connect more deeply with the love and joy, purpose and meaning within you.
I offer online counselling sessions in the UK and New Zealand and in person sessions in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand. I currently have limited availability.
