Hello. I’m Sarah and I’m a qualified counsellor and psychosynthesis therapist, having recently completed my Master’s in Psychosynthesis Psychology and Diploma in Counselling with the Psychosynthesis Institute.
I offer a warm, compassionate and supportive space to explore whatever may be happening in your life, whether you are going through a difficult period, feeling stuck or disconnected, navigating change, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. I believe therapy is a space where we can come as we are — without judgement, without having to have anything figured out.
My approach is holistic and person-centred, exploring not only our thoughts and emotions, but also our bodies, relationships, values and sense of meaning and purpose. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and my role is not to tell you who you should be, but to support you in listening more deeply to yourself and discovering your own inner resources and direction.
I feel privileged to accompany people through their own process of growth and self-discovery, creating a space where there is room for curiosity, honesty, vulnerability and, ultimately, greater self-acceptance.
