Hi there,
My name is Zoé and I am a qualified psychosynthesis counsellor with an MA in psychosynthesis counselling. I work with adults and provide a contained space to explore yourself and come into contact with your innate wisdom and guidance. The journey we embark on will be tailored to the uniqueness of your being and guided by what emerges in the space between us. The process can be informed by dreamwork, creative practise, rite of passage and initiation work, imagery, guided meditation, nature connection and other Soulmaking practises.
Next to being a counsellor I am a mentor in psychoanimism, feminine rites of passage work (menarche, pregnancy, birth, post-partum and menstruality), Soulwork facilitator and an experienced guide for inner journeying and these elements inform my practise where relevant.
I am currently available online via video call and in-person in Portugal, Castelo Branco. Sessions are held in English and Dutch.
